Demonstration or focused pilot

See Heimdall Applied to Your Operational Problem.

Begin with a relevant demonstration that requires no customer data. Move to a connected pilot when there is a decision and outcome worth evaluating.

Choose the right first step

Inspect the product before committing to a connected evaluation.

A demonstration and a pilot answer different questions. Start with the commitment that fits your team.

01

Focused conversation

About 30 minutes. Davista responds within one business day. The buyer leaves with a recommended application, a plausible first scope, expected participation and the best next step.

02

Application demonstration

30–60 minutes using representative information. No customer data is required, and the session is shaped around the selected workflow and audience.

03

Scoped pilot proposal

If there is a fit, Davista defines the approved inputs, responsibilities, success measures, schedule and commercial proposal before connection. A pilot typically runs 30–90 days.

04

Evidence and decision

The pilot produces configured outputs, documented actions and outcomes, a comparison with the agreed baseline and a clear basis to continue, refine, expand or stop.

A practical fit check

A good first conversation starts with one decision worth improving.

Exact scope varies by market, environment, connected sources, population and selected applications. These conditions usually indicate a useful fit.

A consequential decision repeatsA team regularly prioritizes, deploys, investigates, supports or follows through.

Start with a demonstration. No customer data is required. If a connected pilot is appropriate, a customer facilitator provides data access and a domain owner helps define the outcome.

How we define a defensible outcome

Agree on success before the pilot begins.

Davista and the customer define what will be measured, what Heimdall is expected to contribute, what action the customer will take, how change will be evaluated and who will validate the result.

  1. 01

    Establish the baseline

Define the measure, period and relevant population, workload or exposure.

  2. 02

    Define Heimdall’s contribution

Specify the information Heimdall should surface or the manual work it should reduce or accelerate.

  3. 03

    Document customer action

Record what the authorized team actually did differently because of the intelligence.

  4. 04

    Measure observed change

Compare what happened after intervention with the agreed baseline and relevant context.

  5. 05

    Validate the result

Identify who confirms the outcome and what evidence is suitable for internal or external use.

Our measurement standard: recovered hours are reported as operational capacity unless spending actually falls, and an alert alone is not treated as proof that an incident was prevented.

A focused path to proof

Define, connect, operate and decide.

A pilot is bounded around one priority and typically runs 30–90 days. Once approved access is available, Davista can often prepare the initial environment in under a week.

01

Define success

Agree on the question, baseline, users and evidence.

02

Connect and configure

Use only the approved sources and workflow the evaluation needs.

03

Operate

Authorized users review, act and record outcomes in production Heimdall.

04

Measure and decide

Compare the result with the baseline and refine, expand or stop.

Before the pilot connects

Security review begins before data connection.

The pilot scope includes the security decisions required to test value responsibly.

Choose the next step

Request a demonstration or design a focused pilot

Tell us the problem you want to solve. We’ll show the relevant application first, then define data, workflow and success measures if a connected evaluation makes sense.

  • Start with the systems you already use
  • Focus on one measurable operational problem
  • Keep people in control of every decision

Within one business day, a Davista team member will confirm the audience and the workflow to show. A relevant 30–60 minute demonstration uses representative information and requires no customer data. If there is a fit, the conversation defines a sensible starting scope and what a focused pilot would require.
